Fifer Orchards
You can’t talk apples in Delaware without talking about Fifer Orchards. The farm has been in operation since 1919 and is a Delaware mainstay for farm-fresh produce. While crisp apples are always available at the farm store, you can pick apples yourself on Saturdays in September. Take a wagon ride out to the orchard and pick a bag full of apples for $24.95.
Don’t forget to stop by the farm store for fresh apple cider, apple butter, apple cider donuts, fresh baked pie and more.
